How can I book my appointment?

– Create your profile or account on our online platform.

– Select the specialty and type of consultation you want, choose a date according to your availability and the calendar.

– Upload any relevant documents, previous reports, and complementary tests for your appointment.

– Add a brief description of the reason for the consultation and the health issue you wish to address.

– Finally, make the payment electronically, and your appointment will be reserved.

Why is it important to attach my previous medical reports and complementary tests?

Because the specialist doctor will review them before their appointment. They are analyzed in advance to have all the available and relevant information that improves care during the consultation.

If I can't find the specialty or type of consultation that fits my health problem, how can I schedule an appointment?

If you cannot find the specialty or type of consultation for your condition or health problem among the options, you will not be able to make a booking automatically through our platform. Please contact us by email at info@clinicasamon.com to find out if it is possible to assist you.

Can I schedule an appointment for a family member or a third party?

Yes, you can, but we require authorization and consent from the patient who will attend the consultation or be treated. Make sure the patient’s information is correct. Also, the contact details (email, phone number) must also be approved by the patient.

Can I cancel the appointment?

Once you have booked your appointment, you have 24 hours to cancel it without incurring any costs and receive a full refund of the consultation fee. After 24 hours from your booking, only 50% of the fee will be refunded. This amount covers the expenses incurred in analyzing the documentation you provided and the loss of the appointment for other patients.

Will I receive a medical report or prescriptions at the end of my consultation?

Yes, a medical report is generated at the end of all consultations. This is sent to the patient by email or postal mail. If any medication is prescribed during the consultation, it is sent electronically through the REMPE electronic prescription system to the patient’s email address.

What is the duration of the video call with the specialist?

La videollamada dura 30 minutos para las primeras consultas y 15 minutos para las consultas de seguimiento. Además del tiempo de videollamada, el precio de la consulta incluye 30 min más en el caso de las primeras consultas o 15 minutos más en el caso de las revisiones para el estudio por su médico de la documentación clínica que nos aporte, la realización del informe médico y la prescripción de recetas electrónicas.

What does the consultation price include?

The hiring of a consultation includes the video call with the specialist doctor, the review by your doctor of the relevant clinical documentation you provide, the preparation and sending of a new medical report after the video call, as well as the electronic prescription of medications.

I have selected an available date and time with the specialist doctor, what is the next step?

We will send you an email to the address you provided so that you can register on our digital platform (Carepatron). To do this, you will need to follow a few simple steps: fill out your contact information, upload any relevant previous clinical documentation, and complete the payment. Once this process is finished, your appointment will be formally reserved.

Does the digital platform Carepatron, used by SAMON, comply with international legal requirements to ensure the protection and confidentiality of my personal data?
